With my title as Fachanwalt für Internationales Wirtschaftsrecht I can help you - among other things - with the drafting of contracts and articles of association. In addition, I focus mainly on labor law. I know all the ins and outs of cross-border personnel matters. Employment contracts, secondment or reorganization in Germany function differently than in the Netherlands.

What makes it fun for me personally is that we are not a standard office. Precisely because we really take the client with us and guide them in various areas. It is not that I draw up a contract and that it is finished: it is really building something together with the client, for his company.
